Bishop Livingston serves as the Presiding Bishop of the United Covenant Churches of Christ. He and his wife, Pastor Marcia Livingston—an ordained minister in her own right—have raised three incredible daughters: Venitra, Nicole, and Merissa. His dedication to spiritual service extends to his five years as Chaplain for the Illinois Department of Corrections, where he ministered hope and transformation. At Ebenezer Baptist Church in Decatur, IL, he was appointed Interim Pastor after serving faithfully as Associate Pastor. In 1995, Bishop Livingston followed God’s call to establish New Dimensions Christian Centre, later renamed Life Changers Church. Under his leadership, over 10,000 souls have surrendered their hearts to Jesus Christ.
Bishop Livingston’s message has reached countless lives through television, radio, and international missions. He has preached in Israel, Ghana, Kenya, Pakistan, and the Bahamas, extending his ministry beyond borders. As Founder and President of Life Changers International Ministries, he continues to equip believers worldwide for kingdom impact.
Bishop Livingston’s commitment to his community is unwavering. His past leadership roles include Chairman of the Decatur City Planning Commission, Chairman of the Decatur Civil Service Commission, and President of Macon Resources, Inc., a multi-million-dollar nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities. He has served as President of the Boys and Girls Club of Decatur, Director and Chairman of the Business and Downtown Committee for the Community Investment Corporation of Decatur, and Chairman of the Board of the Minority Business Network, Inc. His influence also extends to his role as an Executive Committee Member of the Evangelical Ministerial Association of Decatur and President of the Decatur Community Development Fund.
As President and CEO of Robertson Charter School in Decatur, Bishop Livingston leads a dedicated team of 50 staff members who serve more than 300 students and their families. He is also the Chairman of the Board for Life Changers Community Development Corporation and Life Changers Credit Counseling Service, further demonstrating his passion for empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
